As part of my semester assignment in the course "Editorial Design", I developed a magazine concept for a print publication. The concept had to encompass the presentation of text and images, as well as the use of conventional editorial techniques.

"Ta Vare" is a Scandinavian lifestyle magazine for young women who desire a sanctuary in their everyday lives to focus on themselves. The magazine provides readers with a positive source of inspiration within the particularly popular phenomenon of self-care.

Through monthly issues featuring motivating and educational articles, the magazine shows the way for readers to romanticize their own daily lives and become the best version of themselves. In "Ta Vare," the reader is included in a rewarding community where everyone learns from and uplifts one another. The images used in the magazine are taken by the talented photographers Renate Torseth and Hollie Fernando.
